[SOLUCIONDO] Desinstalar Programas .exe Silenciosamente Por CMD

Buenas,

Necesito hacer un script para eliminar programas de manera silenciosa, con los .MSI no tengo problema pero con los .EXE, en algunos no consigo como desinstalarlos de manera silenciosa, pensé en hacer un script para eliminar la carpeta, registro y accesos directos pero necesito ayuda.
