Cómo hago para obtener ese archivo /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf sin acceder presencialmente al teléfono, es decir, una herramienta o método por el cual pueda hacer una copia de ese archivo.

Remotamente, con un RAT para Android.
