Infección Web

Buenas, me surge la inquietud, ingreso a una pagina web y mi antivirus detecta la URL You are not allowed to view links. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, como una infección, verifico la Url, encuentro dentro del Html , unos Js, dentro de los cuales hay uno comentariado :

investigare como lo hicierón apesar de que no se mucho del tema, si alquien desea investigar la Url, les agradeceria para compartir avances.
