Integrar WHERE en consulta MYSQL?

Buenas tardes, alguien sabe si existe alguna manera de integrar un WHERE a esta consulta

LOAD DATA INFILE 'output.csv'
IGNORE INTO TABLE Datos
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ','
ENCLOSED BY '"'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\n';
