Moto G3 no pasa del logo

Good companions of UC. Today I have a problem that I have not been able to solve. It turns out that I have in my hands a motorcycle G3 xt1542 which turns on but does not pass the logo. Note that the bootloader is locket, I already have the key to unlock it from the em using fastboot but I can not do it because it does not have active USB debugging and I can not activate it since the phone does not turn on.
I also tried to reset it from the factory in recovery mode but in the same way it does not pass the logo or passes the logo and the black screen remains.

Any solution?

I've tried:

Recovery mode: restore factory data.

Fastboot: clear cache, userdata, unlock bootloader (but I do not have USB debugging).
