[SOLUCIONADO] Como comprar un servidor

Hola,me gustaria saber como puedo comprar un servidor en un pais sin legislatura en delitos informaticos, principalmente porque quiero hacer pruebas y no quiero ir a la carcel, y mi router no permite tener una ip publica, asi que la solucion mas asequible es a mi parecer es comprarlo en un pais sin legislatura. Que se pueda colgar servicios como nodejs¿Alguna idea?
