¿Cómo encriptar un disco duro?

Hola buenas tardes amigos, os cuento. Tengo dos discos duros dinámicos que están unidos por RAID (no me acuerdo si 1 o 0), además de esto están en GPT. Mi pregunta es ¿como podría encriptarlos?, he intentado con varios programas entre ellos el TrueCrypt y me dice que tengo que tener MBR.
