[SOLUCIONADO] no se subir una shell

hola a todos tengo una duda encontre un uploader y me gustaria saber como puedo hacer para subirle una shell dejo una imagen de como es asi uds me dicen si estoy en lo correcto o no



En que me puedo estar equivocan?
el navegador a veces me dice "file uploaded with no errors"
y tipo que no encuentro donde esta la shell, agradeceria sus comentarios

Basicamente has subido una imagen

Lee y revisa sobre Bypass de  los upload, algo por donde tires es modificar el content-type.

Otra mas revisa el plugin que usan para la subida ya que lo es quizas tenga vulnerabilidades.
