No entiendo bien su duda.

"BitcoinPrivateKey", No existe en el espacio de nombres, por eso le da ese error (Supongo yo, que ese es su duda).

Buenas, como dice @You are not allowed to view links. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, usted no esta definiendo la función o importándola para su uso. Su problema se solucionará una vez que hay hecho lo anteriormente dicho.

A lo mejor, donde estas haciendo el import deberias incluir esta función de la siguiente manera:

from coinkit.keypair import NamecoinKeypair, BitcoinPrivateKey
