[SOLUCIONADO] Ayuda. Error 403

Hola amigos , me pueden ayudar como bypasear el error 403 que me bloquea varias paginas, ya intente con vpn y no se conecta, navego atravez de un proxy, es el proxy de la U, ya intente sin usar el proxy pero ahi me quedo sin internet. me bloquea paginas como mega face gmail underc0de

no funciona, el proxy que uso de la U es x.x.x.x:3128, estoy seguro que es modificando la cabezera pero no se como se hace

Puedes llevar Vidalia (TOR) en un USB e instalarlo en el equipo, lo conectas y ya te dejará navegar de forma libre.
