Hola, para ejecutar programas en lenguaje python solamente necesitas descargar python (ultima version recomendada) para windows. Luego copias el codigo original del programa o archivo .py que viste en este tutorial y lo ejectutas en el mismo programa. Otra utilidad seria con la misma CMD de windows!

Por favor, cuando tengas una duda en particular, posteala en "Dudas generales", de esa forma, habrán más personas que se prestarán para colaborarte en tus inconvenientes. Por otra parte, por favor, pon "python" y luego pon "import requests" y cuéntanos si sí te aparece la librería de requests.
