Sugerencia para la mejor API para SMS Spoof?

Buenas, me preguntaba si alguien conoce alguna API para mandar SMS. Como ejemplo me conozco NEXMO pero ya me han baneado por hacer pruebas xd.

Y si mejor te haces un gateway, con un sim card desechable ?, sin registro obvio a tu nombre, y de prepago. Con un modem usb ??
