Pues eso abro katoolin.py y me salta esto
SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xc3' in file katoolin.py on line 30.
Quiero saber donde está el problema.
La línea 30 dice esto:

Inserta al comienzo del archivo lo siguiente:
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-

Quizá él tenga razónl. Después es un error de sintaxis, utiliza ASCII, pasalo a UTF8 y quizá se solucione.
