Recuerde que tiene que ejecutarlo como administrador, y si tiene alguna solución antivirus con HIPS, puede desactivarla por si le bloquea algo.

Use el UNetbootin como alternativa...

No le añada la partición de la persistencia. Solamente trate de cargar el Kali, a ver si lo logra.
