Infección Web

Buenas, me surge la inquietud, ingreso a una pagina web y mi antivirus detecta la URL No tienes permitido ver los links. Registrarse o Entrar a mi cuenta, como una infección, verifico la Url, encuentro dentro del Html , unos Js, dentro de los cuales hay uno comentariado :

investigare como lo hicierón apesar de que no se mucho del tema, si alquien desea investigar la Url, les agradeceria para compartir avances.
