Introduction
Underc0de is a private community focused on learning, knowledge sharing and professional growth in technology, computing, security and related disciplines. Participation in any of its spaces implies acceptance of these rules, values and principles.
Core Principles
Underc0de is governed by the following principles:
- Mutual respect among all community members.
- Collaborative and constructive learning.
- Freedom of thought within a framework of respectful coexistence.
- Individual responsibility for the messages posted and actions taken.
- Care for the community space as a safe and professional environment.
Community Values
We actively promote:
- Respect for diversity of opinions, backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Professional ethics in the use and dissemination of knowledge.
- Solidarity and camaraderie among members.
- Clear, honest and non-aggressive communication.
- The rejection of any form of violence, harassment or intimidation.
Community guidelines
The following is not allowed in Underc0de spaces:
- Disrespect, insults, aggression or personal attacks.
- Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidating behavior.
- NO talking about religion or politics.
- NO sending adult (XXX) or gore content.
- Problems that arise outside the community must not be brought into Underc0de.
- Do not send malware or malicious files.
- No selling within the groups, except in the buy/sell group
- Spam, unauthorized self-promotion or intrusive advertising.
- Disclosure of private information without consent (doxing).
- Disruptive behavior that negatively affects the dynamics or atmosphere of the group is not allowed.
- Use the App to post questions that may help other members.
- Do not sell or request fake MercadoPago or BNA apps. (No scams)
Community Well-Being
Underc0de prioritizes the well-being, comfort and safety of its members. When a person's conduct or presence causes discomfort, affects the community atmosphere or negatively impacts the collective experience, the administration may intervene to protect the community as a whole. Decisions made within this framework have the sole purpose of caring for the space, promoting a healthy environment and ensuring respectful participation for everyone. Out of respect for members' privacy, Underc0de does not publicly disclose or discuss individual situations or moderation decisions.
Administration and Moderation
Underc0de spaces are private and managed by the community. Administrators and moderators act on behalf of Underc0de to ensure compliance with these rules. Moderation decisions are made with the aim of preserving the general well-being of the community.
Right of Admission and Continued Membership
Underc0de reserves the right of admission, continued membership and expulsion, without prior notice, of any user or member whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or contrary to the community's rules, values and principles, at the discretion of the administration and/or moderation team.
Legal Scope
- Participation in Underc0de spaces is voluntary.
- Membership in the community does not create any contractual relationship or vested rights.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in warnings, suspensions or expulsion.
Rule Updates
These rules may be modified or updated whenever the administration deems it necessary, with the aim of improving coexistence and the proper functioning of the community.
