como reparar archivos zip dañados,los archivos los borre accidentalmente,los recupe con RECUVa,LOS TENGO pero a la hora de descomprir tira el error fichero dañado o desconocido,he probado varios programas de reparacion de zip y rars sin ningun resultado,si alguien puede ayudarme?

ya esta solucionado solo dos cosas como hacer que kali linux no hiverne porque entonces deja de ejecutarse la aplicacion y la otra creo que tengo que crear una particion en el disco sino cada vez que arranco la laptor tengo que instalarlo todo de nuevo
