De hecho con solo terminar de ver un vídeo se cuenta como una visita, no importa la ip, así sea la misma ip, si un ordenador termina un vídeo 100,000 veces, las contará, si quieres más visitas, carga el vídeo una y otra y otra y otra vez con algo de lógica, si tienes que terminar el vídeo para que cuente como visita pero no tienes las ganas y/o el tiempo de verlo todo, ponte en los últimos segundos y deja que acabe, después das f5 y verás que ya tienes una vista más.
