Como usar el Value type "String" en Cheat engine

Amigos e usado cheat engine un largo tiempo y solo se como hackear valores de binary, byte, 2 bytes, 4 bytes, float y double.

pero quisiera aprender como hackear valores de String, ya que al buscar el valor de binary hasta double no aparece el valor, pero al buscarlo con string lo logro encontrar, el único problema es que al hacerle un cambio al valor siempre el valor pasa al valor original.

y bueno yo uso hoy en día el Cheat Engine 7.2

¿quien me puede ayudar en ello?
