[SOLUCIONADO] ayuda con sintaxis para instalacion

estoy instalando la herramienta SHERLOCK y me tira este error al teclear lo siguiente
python3 install -r requirements.txt
python3: can't open file 'install': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

perdonen mi ignorancia en el tema uso KALI LINUX si alguien me puede ayudar

primero

# clone the repo
$ git clone https://github.com/sherlock-project/sherlock.git

# change the working directory to sherlock
$ cd sherlock

# install the requirements
$ python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

o sea vas a CD para el directorio de sherlock que  lo mas posible este en /home

y de ahi ejecutas los comandos luego de hacer lo de arriba antes que nada verifica que version de PYTHON tienes por defecto en tu PATH (/bin)

ya funciona lo unico que no me encuentra la red social instagram no se si es que falta instalar algo o TOR
